Swiss Watch Factory Tours

Switzerland abounds with specialist watch makers and the innovation and inventiveness is paramount. So it is when one specialist makes watches for pilots. My most recent watch maker visit was to De Havilland watches “Watches for pilots by Pilots”, in Yverdon-les-Bains On a tour, day one will include a visit to the workshop where the inventors work, the manufacturing part and museum. There will then be a visit to the aerodrome at Payerne, a civilian and military base where there are some very special exhibits. An astronaut meeting too? Watch this space !
