Can I order drinks at the hotel bar, use the mini bar and ask for room service?
Any drinks ordered at the bar, consumed from the mini bar, snacks, room service food and/or delivery charge/s or beverages are your responsibility and the cost must be settled at check out.

Can I use the Spa, have a massage etc?
Any item not on the Tour Itinerary is an extra cost which you or your partner staying with you must pay for.

Can the weather affect travelling to or from the factories?
Switzerland can have considerable snow in Winter and the city of La Chaux de Fonds (LCF) is at a higher altitude than Neuchatel. Road travel up to LCF is via roads which are cleared regularly and there is a long tunnel allowing drivers to reach the City usually without difficulty. There is also an efficient train service.

Can you change the itinerary, the format of the tour or which manufacturer/s is/are visited?
SWT reserves the right to change any of the scheduled items on the tour itinerary. However every effort will be made to keep as much of the original parts, as is possible.

Do I have to pay in full when booking?
No – you pay a deposit. If you are booking within 30 days of the tour date then the full payment is needed.

Do the speakers and tour guides speak English?
Yes and usually each is a French speaker also.

Does Swisswatchtours arrange flights, train travel or road transport to or from the hotel for a tour?
No, but the hotels will pick up from the main rail station and take you and your party back there in a courtesy car.

How do I know a tour will go ahead?
The minimum number for a tour is six. If after you have paid a deposit or the full cost and we have to cancel the tour a full refund will be made subject to the Terms & Conditions.

Please ensure you ask for any particular dietary food when booking.

I will be sharing a room with my partner. Can I receive a discount for a shared room?
If your partner is booked on a Swisswatchtour then there is a discount for the room only.

If I decide to stay longer can I keep my room?
. This will depend on the hotel, availability etc. We will however make your request known to the hotel management.

The hotels offer complimentary transport to the hotel.
